Martha Jean Manning

Nanny Jean Martha Jean Manning, lovingly known to most as, Nanny Jean, passed away on April 1st, 2022 at the age of 73 in Mineral Wells Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Margie McDaniel, brother Kenneth McDaniel, sister in law Carol McDaniel, daughter, Tina Cross, great grandson Logan Tubb and great grand daughter Chloe Stephenson. Nanny Jean is survived by her brother Ricky McDaniel and wife Patsy, daughter Vicky Lowe and husband Ronald Wilson and daughter Teresa Manning, all of Mineral Wells. She is lovingly remembered by her entire family, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Nanny Jean spent the majority of her adult life caring for her elderly parents, her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family. She never missed a game or special occasion. She was very special to everyone she knew. The visitation will be held Sunday, April 17th at the funeral home from 2-4 pm. Located at 302 West Hubbard, Mineral Wells, Tx. The funeral service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Monday, April 18th at 10 am. Located at 708 SE 5th street, Mineral Wells, TX. Burial to follow at Woodland park Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the healthcare professionals at Palo Pinto Nursing Center and Kindred Hospice for the kindness and care she received.
