Deborah Gay Brown

Deborah Gay Tally Brown, 64, passed away January 6, 2023. She was born the daughter of Elvin and Chloe Skaggs Tally, on August 14, 1958, in Oakland, California. Debbie was a member of Highridge Church. She worked at Cantex for 26 years. Debbie was loved and blessed and will be missed.

Survivors include her son, David Inmon and wife Kim; daughter, Jennifer Staggs and husband Ben; grandchildren, Jaycee Staggs, Kamryn Staggs, Ryland Staggs, Brandon Inmon, Ethan Bedell, Cole Inmon, Thomas Leal, Riley Inmon; great grandchildren, Ashton Inmon and Wrenlee Inmon; sister, Sunny Phillips and husband Philip; brothers, Glen Tally and wife Cheryl and Elvin Tally, Jr. and wife Debbie; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends. Her parents preceded her in death.
