Christopher Seth Wade

On Tuesday, August 15th, 2023, Christopher Seth Wade passed away at the age of 40. 

He was born on June 21st, 1983, to Alton and Deborah Wade in Mineral Wells, Tx.  He attended Perrin-White CISD from grades 1-12, where he was involved in the athletic program.  He was a member of Perrin Assembly of God.  

He was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 2001 until 2014. Afterwards, he began his journey to become a commercial airline pilot. He was a pilot for 6 years, with the last year flying for Spirit Airlines.  

Christopher had a passion for all things adventurous. He loved kayaking, attempting to surf, skydiving, flying his own plane, and biking.  He was a self-taught artist. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and big heart.  

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Alton Leon Wade, and his maternal grandparents, Jewel Sims and Oscar Hamm; paternal grandparents, Alton (Peck) and Burdette Wade.  He is survived by his mother, Deborah Denise Wade, his sister Sarah Pool (Christopher) his brothers Wesley Wade (Christal) and Jason Wade (Tiffany); Nieces and Nephew, Noah Pool, Sydnee Pool, Ashley Wade, and Ashlee Chavez (Jonathan); Aunt, Paula Holland (Gene), Uncle, Benny Hamm (Barbara), and numerous other family and friends.  

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 2PM at Immanuel Baptist Church in Mineral Wells Tx.
