Wilma Louise Buie

Wilma Louise Buie, 76, passed away December 30, 2009 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born December 21, 1933 in Loda, Illinois the daughter of Hayden Austin and Ida Evelyn Godby Bryant. She married Wesley Louis "Jim" Buie on February 2, 1952 and he preceded her in death on June 20, 2002. She graduated from Tech High School in Fort Worth in 1952. She worked for General Dynamics (Lockheed) in Fort Worth from 1971 to 1994. She retired from Absolute Security in the Fort Worth Mid Cities. She had Bopping in the Baker Record Shop from 2000-2005. Services will be 10 AM Saturday, January 2, 2009 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Minister John Viertel officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Randy and Tanna Buie of Watauga, daughter: Tina Wolf of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Kara Salazar and husband Sonny, Zachary Buie, Clayton Buie, Natalie Williams, Preston Williams, Forrest Williams, brother: Danny Bryant, sisters: Lavonna Kilgore, Susie Davis, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, and brother-in-law: Ken Buie and wife Bonnie. She was also preceded in death by her daughter: Pamela Buie.
