Willie Alvilda Stout Lotz

Willie Alvilda (Stout) Lotz is in her Lords loving arms; she passed on Monday, December 16, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday, December 18, 2014 in the funeral home chapel from 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held Friday 2pm, December 19, 2014 at the City View Church. Willie was born in Graford, the daughter of Seth and Antonia (Lee) Stout. She served her country proudly in the U.S. Air Force and was a long time member of over 30 years at the City View church. Survivors are children, Brenda and husband Rick Harkins, Linda and husband David Slaughter and James R. Lotz; sisters, Barbara D. Pratt, Elsie Fay Culp; brothers, Nick Stout and Frank Stout; 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband James F. Lotz.
