William Huffaker

William "Bill" Huffaker, 78, passed away November 30, 2009 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born January 13, 1931 in Mineral Wells the son of William and Ada Ethel Pittman Huffaker. He was a lifetime resident of Palo Pinto County and was a veteran of the US Navy. He married Betty Myers on June 11, 1955 in Mineral Wells. Graveside services will be 2 PM Friday, December 4, 2009 at Woodland Park Cemetery. He is survived by his wife: Betty Huffaker of Possum Kingdom Lake, son and daughter-in-law: Mitchell and Lisa Huffaker of Mineral Wells, daughter and son-in-law: Deborah and Terry Meeks of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Nikki Meeks, Whitney Huffaker, Bryan Huffaker, sister: Bobbie Southerland of Hurst, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters: Widdie, Lowell, Mary, Louise, Veda Mae, and Fred.
