Warren Scott Smethers

Warren Scott Smethers was united with his wife and daughter in Heaven on October 22, 2020. He was born in Weatherford, TX. on October 30, 1955 to Joe Wayne Smethers and Patricia Ann Smethers. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle, paw and friend. 

Scott spent his years working for Matthew and Smethers Construction. He loved the outdoors; hunting and fishing when he could. Most of all he enjoyed his time spent with his family. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday October 30, 2020 at Baum Carlock Baumgartner Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Freedom Fellowship, 1308 SE 9th Ave Mineral Wells. 

Scott is survived by his daughters, Joyce Blackwood, Shannon (Jack) Warren, Brandie 

(Mickey) Qualls; his son, Scotty Smethers (Toni Morris); sisters, Sharon Webb and Wendy Jergins; grandchildren, Terrah Smith, Michael Smith, Stormy Bedwell, Christopher Blackwood, Mickey Qualls, Amber Blackwood, Caitlin Moore, Dakota Smethers, RJ Moore, Austin Smethers, Kutter Smethers, Korbin Smethers, Eastin Smethers; and by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Baum Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
