W. I. Prince Jr., “Dub”, 73, passed away March 8, 2023 in Fort Worth. He was born August 13, 1949 in Mineral Wells the son of W. I. Sr. and Opal Lois Statts Prince.
He was a member of the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church. He was a proud Veteran of the US Army having served 1969-1971.
Services will be 10 AM Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at DFW National Cemetery 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 21, 2023.
He is survived by his son: Ricky Prince, daughter-in-law: JJ Hampton, daughter: Ginger Prince, sister: Margaret Hendrick, grandchildren: Kason Prince, Nathan Carson, Kenzlee and Kylee Zaher, nieces: Deanna Hunt Harris, Tonya Hunt Sydow, and numerous extended family and friends, and the boys Gus and Griffin.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
