Vivian Glover, 75, passed away May 23, 2012 in a Mineral Wells nursing home. She was born August 7, 1936 in Palo Pinto County the daughter of Floyd W. and Mary Jane Harrington Glover. She was a lifetime resident of Mineral Wells and a member of the Church of God, having served as the church clerk for 36 years. She was the receptionist at Can-Tex for 35 plus years. She was a past member of the Professional Secretaries International. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the Church of God with Rev. Jerrel Tomlin officiating. Burial will follow in Willow Pond Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law: Lottie Fitzgerald of Cedar Hill, Ida and John Shires of Weatherford, Edith and Bill Hall of Mineral Wells, Mildred and Donald Hendrick of Mineral Wells, Dena and Chuck Hafer of Mineral Wells, June and Chris Langston of Ovilla, Aileen and Tony Levister of Arlington, brothers and sister-in-law: Darrell Glover of Mineral Wells, Russell Lynn and Judy Glover of Mineral Wells, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother: James Glover.
