Vallee Aire Maroon Jr.

Vallee Aire Maroon Jr., 75, passed away October 30, 2011 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born January 9, 1935 in Greenville, Illinois the son of Vallee Aire Sr. and Myrle Hicks Maroon. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in the Korean War. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and was raised as a Catholic. He was a member of the JC's. Services will be 10 AM Wednesday, November 9, 2011 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1 PM. He is survived by his children: Barbara Brogdon of Millsap, Vallee Maroon of Mineral Wells, Anita Jefferson of Fort Worth, Christine Brunson of Mineral Wells, and Ethan Maroon of Mineral Wells, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
