Tommy Mabry

Tommy "T-Rex" Mabry, 69, of Perrin Texas, passed away in a Fort Worth hospital on May 4, 2013. He was born in Sulpher Springs, Texas; the son of the late JT. and Lillian (Greene) Merritt. You could say Tommy made a living from his hobby all his life; he enjoyed his work as a truck driver, and saw so much of this nation. When he was not on the road he did find time to enjoy a few things, such as dirt track and drag racing and his country music. He leaves behind wife of 39 years, Dalene Mabry; brothers Ricky and wife Kelly Rushing and Steve and wife Peggy Mabry; sisters Kathryn McKay, Sheila and husband Ed Tucker; nephews Paul and Ronnie McKay and Scott Tucker; niece Jessica Hicks; sister-in-law Dottie Armstrong and 7 great-nieces and nephews. Tommy was preceded in death by both parents and brother, Billy Mabry. Funeral service is Tuesday May 7, 2013 2pm at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Indian Creek Cemetery.
