Thelma B Bishop

Thelma B Bishop 94, our loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great, Great Grandmother passed away peacefully Wednesday September 2nd, 2009. Services will be held at the 11th Avenue Church in Mineral Wells, Texas at 2:00 PM Saturday September 5, 2009. Burial will follow in Staggs Prairie Cemetery. Thelma was born February 12, 1915 and was the devoted wife of Robert Cagle Bishop for over 65 years who preceded her in death February 20, 1996. She was devoted to her church and family and always placed the happiness and needs of others before her own. She is deeply loved and will be missed by her family and all whose lives were touched and enriched just by knowing her. Mrs. Bishop is survived by five children: Robert Earl Bishop and wife Judy, Linda Suzette Jones and husband Robert, Sandra Kay Barnard and husband Dale, Michael Wayne Bishop and wife Janet, Sharon Ann Clary and husband James and numerous Grandchildren, Great and Great, Great, Grandchildren. The family will be eternally grateful to the staff of Holland Lake Nursing Center and Alpha Omega Hospice for the love and care they provided Mrs. Bishop over the past 18 months.
