Tammy Kay Simmons, 55, of Santo, Tx went to her Heavenly Home on October 2, 2021. Tammy was an amazing wife, mom, and nana. The love she had for her Grandkids will never be forgotten. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
Tammy was born on April 25, 1966 to John Wayne and Ivy Ruth Reddell in Mineral Wells, Tx. Tammy married Butch Simmons on March 5, 1983 in Boonsville, Tx.
Tammy is survived by her husband Butch Simmons of Santo, Tx; children Stacie Simmons of Santo, Tx, Holly Newcomb/Jason of Santo, Tx, Brandon Simmons/Ashley of Santo, Tx, and Chris Logan/Makayla of Mingus, Tx; grandchildren Hayden and Addisyn Hamscher, Brayden, Blake, Bailey, Bryson, and Brody Newcomb, Hannah, Kaitlyn, Kynlee, and Brandon Simmons, and Luke Logan; father John Wayne Reddell; brothers Junior, Tommy, and Eddie Reddell; sister Teresa Logan; and numerous other loved ones.
Tammy is preceded in death by her mother Ivy Ruth Logan, sister Paula Ruth Kirkpatrick, and the recent passing of her uncle Francis Reddell.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday, October 8 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10am Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Fairview Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Indian Creek Cemetery.
