Tammy Rene Frederick

Tammy Rene Frederick, 42, passed away May 23, 2011 in a Mineral Wells hospital. She was born December 20, 1968 in Waco the daughter of O.L. and Johnnie Alice Cox Russell. She had lived in Hamilton, Texas. She was a very caring LVN Nurse for the past 18 years, and a loving mother and devoted wife. Graveside services will be 10 AM Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Staggs Prairie Cemetery. Visitation was Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Howard Frederick of Hamilton, sons and daughter-in-law: Curtis and Charlinda Parker of Mineral Wells, Chad Parker of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Johnny and Markos Parker, step-son and wife: Dustin and Felicia Frederick of 29 Palms, California, step-daughter and husband: Sarah and Wyatt Smith of Ft. Hood, Texas, step-son: Dylan Frederick of Hamilton, step-grandchildren: Mason Frederick and Lilee Smith, sister: Linda Newman of Wisconsin, and numerous other family and friends. She will truly be missed and always be remembered.
