Sue Chesnut

Sue Wagnon Chesnut 81 was born October 6, 1934 in Brazos, Texas to Lundy and Celia Wagnon. She left this earth for a better place on October 30, 2015. Visitation will be Sunday November 1, 2015 6-8 pm in the funeral home annex. Funeral service will be Monday, November 2, 2015 10 am in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Santo North Cemetery. She was preceded in death by a daughter in 1962 and her late husband of 47 years B.F. Chesnut in 1999; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Taylor of Brazos; son, David and his wife Teresa Chesnut of Brazos; grandchildren, Allen and wife Callie Chesnut of Santo and Tonya Chesnut of Brazos; 2 great-grandsons and 3 sisters. B.F. and Sue were charter members of the Brazos VFD organized in 1977. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to one of the following organizations; Brazos VFD, Santo Meals on Wheels or FBC Food Pantry.
