Stanley Ogdon

Stanley Thomas Ogdon, 53, passed away February 26, 2011 at his home at Possum Kingdom Lake after a lengthy battle with cancer surrounded by family and friends. He was born September 18, 1957 in Urbana, Illinois the son of Richard Earl and Tresa Lee Petersen Ogdon. The family is holding a memorial service 2 PM Friday, March 4, 2011 Possum Kingdom Community Church. He is survived by his mother: Tresa Berry of Graford, son: Matt Ogdon and Kristy and their children Devin and Lane, daughter: Ashley Ogdon, sisters and bothers-in-law: Joy and Dwain Eaton of Mineral Wells, Linda and Rodger Patterson of Thousand Oaks, California, Marla and Regena of Florida, brothers and sisters-in-law: David Berry of Mineral Wells, Lee and Chris Ogdon of Orange County, California, Philip and Kathy Berry of Broadview, New Mexico, sister-in-law: Cathi Ogdon of Saginaw, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Charles Berry, brother: Rick Ogdon, and grandmother: Clara Chase. The family wishes to give special thanks to friends and caregivers: Rick Lemely and Joe B. Merrifield who were always by his side.
