Sherry Darlene Andrade, 62, passed away April 10, 2018 in Weatherford. She was born December 15, 1955 the daughter of Troy and Mildred Brazil Polk. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, April 14, 2018 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Staggs Prairie Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral Home. She is survived by her husband: Miguel Andrade of Georgia, sons and daughter-in-law: Jackie and Noemi Polk of Mineral Wells, Aaron Baker of Houston, Miguel Angel Andrade of Georgia, and grandchildren: Michael Anthony Polk and Jackie Lee Polk Jr. both of Mineral Wells.
