Shayne Banister

Shayne Marie Banister, 60, passed away April 17, 2017 at her home in Mineral Wells. She was born February 20, 1957 in Fort Worth the daughter of Edwin Hiram Self and Linda Carolyn Ryan. She married Gary Banister on September 21, 1974 in Fort Worth. She was a longtime resident of Perrin and a member of the First Baptist Church of Perrin. She worked for many years as a LVN Nurse. Services will be 10 AM Friday, April 21, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Perrin. Burial will follow in Perrin Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Gary Banister of Perrin, daughters and sons-in-law: April and Russell Richardson of Perrin, Candy and Casey Lister of Mineral Wells, grandchildren: Maddison, Brigham, and Kennedy Richardson, Lexy Lister, mother: Linda Spakes of Joshua, sisters: Jayne Denton of Joshua, Cathy Mays and husband Bill of Springtown, brother: Mack Spakes and wife Michelle of Joshua, step-sisters: Kim and Robin, step-brother: Guy, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her father, and her grandparents.
