Sarah Patterson

Sarah Sue Patterson 76 of Mineral Wells passed away on January 4, 2012. Sarah was born in Mineral Wells the daughter of Jessie and Anna Davidson Nimmo. She was a life long resident of Mineral Wells and married her high school sweetheart Tommy Patterson. Sarah worked in the health care industry for 25 years in Environmental Services at PPGH. She was a very compassionate person and very well liked, she touched many lives in her daily chores at the hospital and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Sarah was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Kenneth Nimmo. Survivors are son, Steve and wife Valerie Patterson; grand daughters, Jeanie and husband Bill Gray, and Lori Patterson; great grandchildren Jacoby and Ethan Gray along with numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her extended family at Palo Pinto General Hospital. She was preceded in death by ex-husband and friend Tommy Patterson. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Mineral Wells Nursing and Rehab for the wonderful care they gave Sarah. A service is scheduled for Sunday January 8, 2012 at 2 P.M. in the Baum Carlock Bumgardner Chapel; burial will follow at Sturdivant Cemetery.
