Sara Jane Spurlock

Sara Jane Spurlock ,74 of Mineral Wells, Tx passed away peacefully on April 5, 2023.  She was born on December 18, 1948 in Leakey, Tx.  She was a retired Nurse Practitioner.  She loved to spend her time with her great-grandchildren playing outside and riding the side by side around her land.  Everyone who knew her always remembered her by her laugh, it was very recognizable and could be heard 100 yards away.  She was the best “Grandma” and “Ma” to her grandson and great-grandchildren, who were her whole world.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Michelle Radford of Bowie, Angela Christine Hindman of Peaster and Michael Keith Spurlock of Mineral Wells; grandchildren, Colton Riggs, Cameron Spurlock, Hayden Bradford and Bayley Bradford; great-grandchildren, Breezly Riggs and Slade Riggs.

Sara Jane was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years Allan Spurlock, her parents and sister.

A graveside service will be held 11 am, Monday, April 10, 2023 at Rock Creek Cemetery.
