Sandy Brown Smith, 74, of Mineral Wells formerly of Malta, Illinois passed away Monday November 7, 2011 in her home. Sandra was born to the parents of Lila and Homer Brown on January 19, 1937. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents: Lila and Homer Brown, brother: Ken Brown of DeKalb, Illinois, brother: Gene Brown and sister-in-law: Jaya Brown of Tucson, Arizona. Surviving are brothers: Jim Brown and wife Pat of Mineral Wells, Texas, Chuck Brown of DeKalb, Illinois, sister: Susan Sudbury and husband Bob of Plainville, Illinois, sister-in-law: Ilene Brown of DeKalb, Illinois, and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 2 PM Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Staggs Prairie Cemetery in Mineral Wells, Texas.
