Samantha Carter

Samantha "Sammie" Quinn Carter, the little girl with steel blue eyes and one infectious smile, passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents, Kirt & Christy Carter on November 25, 2017. Sammie was born on August 24, 2017. Her past times included playing with the rings on her baby gym, watching her big sister and snuggling with anyone up for the task. Bath time was always one of her favorite times. During her three short months here on earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Sammie leaves behind her older sister Kenzie Carter, parents Kirt and Christy Carter, grandparents Kenneth & Bunny Carter, Raylon & Sylvia Mason, and Keith & Debbie Spoon, great grandparents Virginia Carter, J.D. & Virginia Mason, and Dorothy Maitlen, as well as many aunts and uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers we would be honored to have you support Cook Children's hospital (www.cookchildrens.org/giving) as they supported us in our time of need. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, November 30, 2017 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
