Ronnie Gene Shifflett

Ronnie Shifflett, 82, of Graford, Texas, passed away on February 10, 2025. He was born on April 17, 1942, to Leonard E. Shifflett and Gladys E. Fuller.

 He served four years of active duty in the United States Air Force, followed by 25 years in the Air Force Reserves. He worked many years as a civilian for the Department of Defense as a quality control leader for aircraft at General Dynamics. Later, he worked for private contractors as a safety inspection and quality control specialist on NATO camps in Eastern Europe. 

Ronnie was preceded in death by his beloved wife of many years, Kathleen Shifflett, who passed away in 2009. 

He is survived by his three children: Melissa Rosales and husband Richard, Stephen Shifflett, and Elizabeth Lemley and partner Kip Gillmore. He was a loving grandfather to London and husband Aaron, Dacey, Tyler, and Ember.

Funeral services will be held at Graford United Methodist Church at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 15th, followed by graveside services at McAdam's Cemetery at Possum Kingdom Lake.
