Ronald Compton

Ronald Ward Compton, 56, passed away September 26, 2016 in Dallas. He was born July 9, 1960 in Austin the son of Landy and Joann Compton. He married Cindy Burns on June 28, 2003 in San Antonio. He had lived in Mineral Wells for the past 8 years. He loved to Fish and was an avid gun collector. Services will be 2 PM Saturday, October 1, 2016 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Willow Pond Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Cindy Compton, children: Matt Gilliland, Kayla Compton, and Casey Compton, parents: Landy and Juanita Compton, Joann and Ken Frisco, Joann Compton, siblings and spouses: Rene and Jeff Leonard, Dusty and Bill Antenucci, Dawn and Jonathan Walkup, Landy and Ali Compton, sister-in-law: Leslie White, mother-in-law: Ann Burns, numerous nieces and nephews, and his beloved fur babies. He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Eva Compton, brother: Kenny Frisco, and father-in-law: Raymond Burns.
