Roger Cary Tincher

September 30, 1934 — January 1, 1900

Roger Cary Tincher, 79, passed away April 25, 2014 at Palo Pinto General Hospital. He was born September 30, 1934 in Dover, Tennessee the son of Earnest and Ardell Nash Tincher. He married Dorothy Howeth on June 20, 1951 in Weatherford. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and attended Indian Creek Baptist Church. He worked at Cantex for 29 years. He owned and operated Tincher's Remodeling for many years until retiring in 1999. He loved to hunt, fish, and having a garden. He loved the Texas Rangers and watching his kids and grandkids play ball. Services will be 10 AM Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Indian Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Newberry Cemetery. He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Tincher, children and spouses: Larry and Linda Tincher, Linda Myers, Debbie and Bob Jones, Mike and Julie Tincher, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sisters and brother-in-law: Millie and Loyd Leppo, and brother: Harold Tincher. He was preceded in death by his parents.
