Robert Wilson

Robert R. Wilson, 82, passed away August 30, 2015 at his home in Mineral Wells. He was born March 14, 1933 in Mineral Wells the son of Mark and Ella Sewell Wilson. He married Pauline Waltman on October 9, 1955 in Mineral Wells. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was a Drum Major in the Mineral Wells High School Band. He was a veteran of the US Army having served as a Nike Missile Technician. He worked as a Warehouseman for Southern Airways and US Brick, retiring from US Brick. Services will be 10 AM Wednesday, September 2, 2015 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Pauline Wilson of Mineral Wells, children and spouses: Kyle and Bobbie Wilson of Mineral Wells, Melissa Hunter and Tommy Jones of Mineral Wells, Cathy and Jack Holladay of Weatherford, grandchildren: Amber, Krystle, Chaz, and Hailey, 6 great-grandchildren, sisters and brother-in-law: Mae Folk, Frances and Ray Davis, Imogene Cooke, brother: Roy Wilson, and numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, and grandson: Bobby Don Wilson.
