Robert Webber

Robert Webber, 91, of Perrin, TX. passed away in Crowley July, 13, 2010. He was born December 25, 1918 in Lincoln, NE. the son of Ernest Daniel Webber and Hilda Nielson. He was a veteran of WWII serving as a Medic in the Army and then spent some time as a brick layer before persuing his education. He taught chemistry and physics at Haltom High School for 17 years where he enriched the minds of many young students, after teaching he retired to Perrin, TX. He married Joy Bailey in 1978 and was a member of Zion Hill Bible Students in Weatherford, TX. Graveside services will be 9 AM Saturday, July, 17, 2010 at Springtown Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-7 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by nieces, Jane Ann Ethridge of Burleson, Marsha Taylor of Weatherford and Annette Aldape of Kansas; various great and great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Joy Bailey Webber in 1992, brothers Ernie and Wesley Webber and parents.
