Robert Pirtle

Robert Neil Pirtle, 78, passed away October 31, 2013 in a Mineral Wells hospital. He was born November 2, 1934 in Midland the son of Preston and Bessie Wilson Pirtle. He married Barbara Chambers on January 28, 1977 in Oklahoma. He retired as a Senior Operator for Brazos Electric after working 30 ½ years. He was a Baptist. Services will be 10 AM Monday, November 4, 2013 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Burial will follow in Spring Creek Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Barbara Pirtle of Lake Palo Pinto, children and spouses: Robert Neil Jr., Sheila Wilcoxon of Mineral Wells, Kevin and Glenna Pirtle of Weatherford, Tammy Pirtle of Weatherford, Angie and Darrell Bonham of Granbury, Bobbye and Mike Whipple of Granbury, grandchildren: Kristi, Frank Jr., Wesley, Justin, Gabrielle, Brittney, Jennifer, Courtney, Preston, Megan, Eric, Monty, and Ellie, great-grandsons: Jaxon and Gabriel, brothers: Calvin and Butch, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister: Joyce.
