Robert Lang

Robert Duaine Lang, 63, passed away January 29, 2009 at his residence in Mineral Wells. He was born August 19, 1945 in Ballinger the son of Benjamin Franklin and Alma Lorene Upchurch Lang. He married Patricia Garrett on May 20, 1976 in Denver City. He was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and owned Lang Welding until he retired in 2005. Memorial services will be 2PM Tuesday, February 3, 2009 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Jimmy Walker officiating. He is survived by his wife: Patricia Lang of Mineral Wells, children and spouses: Tonya and Cale Somers of St. Charles, Missouri, Brian and Angie Lang of Statesboro, Georgia, Angela Lang of Mineral Wells, grandsons: Tyler and Trapper Channer, father-in-law and wife: M. L. and Louise Garrett of Colorado City, mother-in-law: Jan Folmer of Mineral Wells, brother and sister-in-law: John and Edna Lang of Las Cruces, New Mexico, sisters-in-law: Sandy Campbell and husband Donnie of Mineral Wells, Pam Holland of Lindsey, Oklahoma, Jodie Zinsmeyer of Mathis, and numerous nieces and nephews.
