Reynaldo DeLara, 67, passed into his Lord's arms on February 16, 2016. He was born in Baird, Texas; the son of Clemente DeLara and Manuela Moreno DeLara. A rosary will be held Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016, 10 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes. Ray was a loving Husband, Daddy and Pop-Pop that worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 25 years. He was both a boxer and later, a coach for Golden Gloves of America. He was an active member and Knight of Columbus at Our Lady of Lourdes. He took special interest in his kids' hobbies and his greatest joy was his grandson, Wyatt. His sense of humor and smile brought great joy to all who knew him. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, dancing, and celebrating life, and we know that he is continuing that with all of the family that welcomed him home. He leaves behind wife Kathleen DeLara, married on July 31, 1982 in Merkel, Texas; children: Sarah DeLara, Anthony DeLara, Rebecca DeLara, Juliana and husband Gilberto Guerrero; grandson: Wyatt Guerrero; brother: Clemente DeLara Jr. and wife Delores; sisters: Virginia DeLara, Yolanda DeLara, Gloria and husband Jessie Gallegos, and Patricia and husband Martin Gonzalez; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles
