Raymond Eugene Lawhorn

Raymond Eugene Lawhorn, 63, died Wednesday March 9, 2016 at his residence in Talihina, Oklahoma. Born and raised in Staunton, Virginia on November 6, 1952; he was the son of Leonard (Jack) Lawhorn and Demearise (Dee) Lawhorn (nee Rohr).After studding upholstery, Raymond opened a shop in Buena Vista, Virginia, which he ran for several years before moving to Mineral Wells, Texas in 1976. In 2012 he moved to Talihina, Oklahoma to live with his brother-in-law Steve Mullins and his family.Raymond is survived by three brothers James (Butch) Lawhorn of Lexington, VA, Gleonard (Buddy) Lawhorn of Buena Vista, VA. and Curtis Lawhorn of Mineral Wells; sister, Pearl Lasley; brother-in-law Steve Mullins of Talihina, OK; NIECE, Tina Lane and her husband Eddie Lane and their daughter Tiffany Lane of Graford, TX. along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.He is preceded by parents Jack and Dee Lawhorn; Uncle John and Aunt Smearl McAroy, brother Leonard Rowan (Skeeter) Lawhorn Jr., sister Frenchie Mullins and great niece Lily Rose Lawhorn.
