Rachel Ann Elliott

Rachel Ann Elliott, 36, passed away November 14, 2009 in a Mineral Wells hospital. She was born June 21, 1973 in Bowie the daughter of Robert Wayne and Rebecca Smith West. She met her husband James Lee Bayliff in 2000 at Possum Kingdom Lake. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells. She worked at Mineral Wells Health and Rehab for many years as a CNA. She took care of J. T. and Bea Sims until they passed away. Services will be 10 AM Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Jerrel Tomlin officiating. Burial will follow in LuQueen Cemetery. She is survived by her husband: James Bayliff of Strawn, mother: Rebecca Barker of Graford, Step-father: Mark Bailey of Graford, brother and sister-in-law: Chris and Denise Barker of Mineral Wells, sons: Zachary and Jaggar Bayliff, half sister: Andrea Younger of Chico, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father on May 24, 2009.
