Peggy Anita Loughry

Peggy Anita Loughry, 71, passed away Christmas Day at her home in Mineral Wells surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born July 3, 1939 in Throckmorton the daughter of Daniel Boone and Willie Mae Webb Hamilton. She was a longtime resident of Mineral Wells and was a Bible believing Christian. She married Charles J. Loughry on June 10, 1961 in Palo Pinto. Services will be 11 AM Friday, December 31, 2010 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Tommy Pophin officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her children: Anita May Loughry, Charles Brian Loughry, Karen Faith Lancaster, Sharon Dawn Vargas, and Rebecca Lynn Ramos and husband Luis Ramos all of Mineral Wells, daughter-in-law: Sandra Ramzy Loughry of Mineral Wells, sister: Wilma Mitchell of Houston, grandchildren: James Loughry, Ryan Lancaster, MeKayla Lancaster, Donna Vargas, Diego Vargas, Chantel Ramos, Christian Ramos, and Chorban Ramos, adopted grandchildren: Dylan Kimbrell and Jay Jones, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband on October 18, 2003, her parents, son: Roy Clyde Loughry on September 7, 2010, and several brothers and sisters.
