Patsy Wheeler 74 of Mineral Wells passed into her Lord's arms on December 1, 2015. She was born in Mineral Wells; the daughter of Edgar "Slim" Radford and Ethel (Swinney) Radford. Patsy worked in quality control for Mepco Electra and retired after a long career with the company. Her kindness, generosity, loving and acceptance of others will never be replaced, but was passed on to her loving children. Patsy was a very loving mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and sister. She loved volunteering at the library working with children, and was a member of Long Terrace Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. A family visitation will be held at #12 Cliff Drive in Mineral Wells, on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2015 2 pm at Rock Creek Baptist Church, burial will follow at Indian Creek Cemetery. She leaves behind children, Gary Wheeler and wife Karen, Robbin Tuggle and husband James, Beverly Mullen and Michael Gonzales, Shannon Richardson and husband Gary and Shawn Wheeler and Kimber Tobias; grandchildren, Bobby, Justin, Jacob and Bryan Wheeler, Jamie Parker and Tanner Tuggle, Danielle Boyd, Corey Ashley, Hannaha Ramsey, Ashley Ruddy, Tyelr Richardson, Rebecca Richardson and Lauren and Cole Wheeler, Mason McKinley-Wheeler, Kye McKinley-Wheeler, Mark McKinley-Wheeler and Kacee McKinley-Wheeler; 23 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Stanley Radford, Calvin Radford, Sandy Phillips, Peggy Mennengo, Kathy Tooney and Belinda Shewmake; numerous nieces and nephews and family friend Jerry Mullen. She was preceded in death by parents, Edgar "Slim" Radford and Ethel Radford, Husband, Raymond Wheeler and sister, Connie Taylor.
