Patsy Sweet

Patsy Sweet passed into her Lord's arms on November 22, 2016. She was born in Electra, Texas; the daughter of Robert Felder Able and Minnie Lee Owens Able. Patsy was a resident of Mineral Wells for 60 years. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church, a former member of Beta Sigma Phi, and a member of the Women's Club. She loved working with children, especially as a librarian at the Cullen Grimes Elementary School. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, 2PM, at Woodland Park Cemetery. She leaves behind her daughter, Shannon Bailey and fiancé Charlie Walters; grandchildren, Laura Bailey and Mairin Bailey; sister, Barbara Parker; brother, Bob Able; 3 nieces; and numerous extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William H. Sweet in 2015, and her parents. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or favorite charity.
