Patrick Gonzales

Patrick Gonzales, 59, of Houston, Texas passed away January 30, 2017 and is now in his Lord's arms. Funeral Mass will be 10 AM Monday, February 6, 2017 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. The Rosary is 6 PM Sunday, February 5, 2017 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with visitation following. Patrick was born September 12, 1957 in Mineral Wells, Texas. Patrick graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 1976. He was an accomplished musician and faithful Altar Server for Father John Nagle. He attended East Texas State University on a Music Scholarship and eventually studied Guidance and Counseling. Over 30 years was devoted to Social Services work with abused and neglected children and youth; most recently being employed as Logistics Coordinator at Boys and Girls Country Residential Care Facility in Houston. He was a Life Long member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Patrick is survived by his mother Delone Gonzales; sister Pamela Waller and Randy Nall; sister Paula and husband Tom Gibbs; sister Peggy and husband Rodney Rosenauer; sister Pattie and husband Alan Richardson; niece Sheri and husband Jeff Sanders; nephew J. W. and wife Brittanie Waller; nephews Todd McInroe, Kevin McInroe, Austin Rosenauer, Reece Rosenauer, Thomas Richardson, and Jordan Richardson; great nieces Kylie and Payden Sanders; and great nephews Kaisen, Landen and Byron Waller. Patrick was preceded in death by his father Freddie Gonzales; and brothers-in-law Larry Waller and Michael McInroe.
