Olin Motley

Olin E. (Gene) Motley, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away at the place he loved the most, Possum Kingdom Lake. He was 82. He was born in Chico, Texas on January 6, 1932. He retired from the Postal Service after 33 years as a mail carrier in Arlington, Texas and moved to Possum Kingdom Lake in 1991. Gene is survived by wife of 61 years, Barbara Motley, daughter Linda Livingston and husband Mike, son, Britt Motley and wife Mary, grandchildren Brian and wife Hope, Stephanie and husband Zorga, Tina and husband Chris and Corey, 9 great-grandchildren, sister, Mozelle Harris, nephew Gregg and wife Sarah. The family will receive friends from 6-8p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Baum Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells. Graveside services will be at Boyd Cemetery in Boyd, Texas on Friday April, 11 at 2p.m.
