Norma Marlin

Norma Jean Marlin, 79, passed away January 19, 2009 in a Fort Worth hospital. She was born July 31, 1929 in Howland the daughter of Odis and Annie Bracheen Brazeal. She was a longtime resident of Graford, a member of the Graford Church of Christ, and an elementary school teacher for over 30 years. She married Robert Marlin on September 8, 1951 in Paris, Texas. Services will be 2 PM Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the Graford Church of Christ with Bryan Hunter and Larry Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in Graford Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband: Robert Marlin of Fort Worth, son and daughter-in-law: Garry and Cindy Marlin of Fort Worth, grandchildren: Paden Marlin of Allen, Christopher McGuire of Fort Worth, Morgan Marlin of Allen, Courtney McGuire of Fort Worth, and sisters: Madge Tomblin of Paris, and Oweita Strawn of Longview. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son: Royce Marlin.
