Nora Juanita Kelsay Furr fell asleep in Jesus September 19, 2022 in Mineral Wells, Texas. She was born July 24, 1929 to RA “Pat” and Eva Burnett Kelsay. She graduated from Perrin High School. She married Billy Furr December 12, 1947. In 1956, Billy and Juanita started Furr Building Materials which is still operating today. She lived her life always helping others. Juanita was a member of the Mineral Wells Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She loved her family and friends but most of all she loved the Lord. She was a wife and mother, but her favorite title of all Nana. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy; and sons, Eddie and Dr. William Conrad.
Survivors include her daughter, Paula Foust (Blake); grandchildren, Lori Foust, Grant Foust (Jessica), and Joy Foust all of Burleson; sister-in-laws, Louisa Glosup (Ray) and Beverly James (Jack) of Mineral Wells; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is 6-8 pm, Friday, September 23, 2022. Funeral services will be 3 pm, Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Home with burial at Woodland Park Cemetery.
