Nona DeBusk

Nona Appling DeBusk, a beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018. Heaven rejoiced when she came home. She was born September 2, 1923, in Mineral Wells, Tx to Frank and Ivy Appling. Nona accomplished everything she wanted in life and loved the Lord, her family and friends. She had a sweet spirit and was loved by all who met her. Nona was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lanham Earl DeBusk on June 27, 1993; sister, Isabelle and brother, F.A. Appling, Jr. Survivors include her children, Nancy Webster and husband, Jerry and Bryan DeBusk; grandchildren, Leslie LeAnn DeBusk and Clayton Daniel DeBusk and wife, Sara; great-grandchildren, Landon and Eisley; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be at Baum-Carlock Bumgardner Funeral Home 6-8 pm, Tuesday evening. Graveside services will be 1 pm, Wednesday, October 3 at Holders Chapel Cemetery.
