Myra O'Bannon

Myra Mae O'Bannon, age 85, died in her home in Mineral Wells, Texas on Wednesday November 19, 2014. She was born to Leon and Bea Ford on March 15, 1929 in Mineral Wells, Texas where she lived most of her life. She loved to fish, paint, play games and spend time with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include three sons and three daughters and their spouses; Glen and Marilyn O'Bannon, Neal and Roes O'Bannon, Buddy O'Bannon, Sharon and Sonny Farr, Regina and Jesse James and Debra and Tommy Sims; one brother, Don Ford; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Myra was preceded in death by her husband, Don O'Bannon; two sons, Darrell Boatman and Eddie O'Bannon; one brother, Clyde Ford. Visitation and the service will be held at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Saturday, November 22 and the funeral service will be held at 3pm on Sunday, November 23. Burial will follow at Dobbs Valley Cemetery.
