Morris Gresham

Morris Gresham passed into his Lord's arms on January 10, 2017. He was born in Bennett, TX; the son of Joseph Henry William Gresham and Imogene Emberlin Gresham. Morris loved to write books, read, tell jokes, hunt, and fish. He wrote for Outdoor Life, Bass Masters, Desoto Gun Club, and Dallas Gun club. He married his wife Bettie Nevil on September 9, 1961 in Mineral Wells, TX. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 10 AM, at First Methodist Church in Ovilla, TX. A graveside service will follow at Poe Prairie Cemetery in Milsap, TX at 2 PM. He leaves behind his wife, Bettie Gresham; sister, Dianne Pruett; brother-in-law, Ray Nevil and wife Jessica; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Wynona Hamilton.
