Millard Lamar Crounse, 66, passed away March 24, 2015 at his home in Mineral Wells. He was born August 22, 1948 in Mineral Wells the son of Millard Verdon and Oneita Faye Purefoy Crounse. He was a veteran of the US Army having served in Vietnam. He was a member of the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church. Services will be 10 AM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Palo Pinto County Cowboy Church. Burial will follow 10:15 AM Monday, March 30, 2015 in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife: Margie Crounse, mother: Oneita Faye Crounse, sister: Peggy Boyington, brother: Al Crounse, daughters and sons-in-law: Marla and Shanon Baker, Cherry and Clinton King, sons and daughters-in-law: Clay and Joann Ladd, Billy Don and Nellie Crounse, Quincy and Jessica Crounse, David Lamar and Rhonda Crounse, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father: Millard Verdon Crounse, sister: Becky, brother: Monty Wayne Crounse, and his grandparents.
