Michael Lloyd Gomez

Michael Lloyd Gomez, 52, passed away February 8, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. He was born May 13, 1963 in Mineral Wells the son of Joe and Berdonna Witt Gomez. He traveled extensively with his work. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He loved extreme sports, water skiing, reading, music, and world travel. Mass will be 10 AM Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. The Rosary will be 6 PM Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Visitation will be until 8 PM following the Rosary. He is survived by his parents: Joe and Berdonna Gomez of Mineral Wells, siblings and spouses: Cathy and Toby Thomas of Glen Rose, Marie and Dennis McCarthy of Gladewater, David and Tammy Gomez of Glen Rose, nieces and nephews: Jeni, Joseph, Joshua, Ashlyn, and Nathan, great-niece: Kinsleigh Ann, and great-nephew: Troy Brian, and numerous cousins, extended family and friends. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or an animal rescue program of your choice in his memory.
