Maxine (Oliver) Hatfield

Maxine (Oliver) Hatfield, 84, of Mineral Wells, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at her home. Graveside funeral services will be 4 PM Friday at Woodland Park Cemetery Rev. Terry Mitchellofficiating. Visitation was 6-8PM Thursday.Mrs. Hatfield was born May 20, 1924 in Mineral Wells, the daughter of Albert and Ollie Langley Oliver and lived all her life in Mineral Wells. She was a Baptist. She married Thomas "Tommy" Hatfield in 1936 in Mineral Wells and he preceded her in death in 1996.Survivors include sons Thomas Hatfield and his wife Tammie, Lester Hatfield and his wife Tena and a daughter, Jackie Hatfield all of Mineral Wells. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Alice Ismael of Mineral Wells, Ann Ricks of Graford andBetty Crawson of Mineral Wells.She was also preceded in death by a son, Richard. She will be greatly missed.
