Maurine Scarborough

Maurine D. Scarborough died July 7, 2011 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born December 21, 1930 in Mineral Wells. She was a homemaker for many years and also ran a retail business in Grand Prairie before retiring and moving back to Mineral Wells. She married Norman C. Scarborough on October 2, 1948. They had two children Cynthia S. Rodriguez and Norman L. Scarborough. She was preceded in death by her husband on March 4, 2004, parents: Bernice Divers and Julia S. Divers, and sisters: Dolores Wilson and Wilma Divers. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Kenley Ewing, Geroge Soria, Gabriel Rodriguez, Julian Rodriguez, and Alejandro Arispe. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
