Mattie Faye (Reed) Baldwin, 70 passed away on August 17, 2015. Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2015 from 6-8pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church at 1pm. Pastor Michael Moore will be officiating, and Reverend Clarence Holliman as master of ceremonies. Pallbearers will be, John Boyd, Bobby Wilmer, Lafayette Sadler Jr., John Little, Willie Buck and Lafayette Sadler Sr. Mattie is survived by husband, Austin Baldwin; daughter, Katherine Parker and husband Don; adopted daughters, Ada Cooper and Regina Kimbrough and Zelma Tate; sons, Richard Reed, Claude Green Jr., Dana Green and wife Tanisha; adopted sons, Joel and Tony Hardeman; aunts, Patricia Barney, Nellie Coulter and Jeanette Wooten; brothers, Michael Brown, Maurice Reed and Donald Reed; sister, Connie Reed; grandchildren, Latreshea Davis and husband Jamar, Bryant Parker and wife April, David Parker and wife Laura, Champayne Jackson, Brandon Tate Reed, Caleb Bezio, Ronald Harvey, Davanna Harvey and Marcus Cooper; stepmother, Shirley Heath; special friends, Francis Ray, Linda Webster, Byrdia Gordon and Nancy Pittman, Willie Harrison and Dunbar Alumni along with numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
