Matthew Fox

Matthew Dale Fox, Sr., 31, of Weatherford, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010 in Weatherford, TX. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday at the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel. Rev. Rick Bennett will officiate at the service. Visitation hours are Sunday, January 31, 2010 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Matthew was born October 9, 1978, in Arlington, TX. At age 18, he enlisted in the Army, where he specialized in airborne artillery. He served his country proudly. He was presently employed by Super Save in Weatherford. He is survived by his two children, Ally Kathryn and Matthew Fox, Jr.; parents, Rayma and Raymond Ford; siblings, Stacy and Michael Parker, Phebie Fox, Stephanie and Jason Hollenback, Kathleen and Daniel Braden, Sarah Ford, Nikki Hagle and Andy Ford, and his close friend Jim Wood. He is also survived by his grandmother, Margaret Ford, mother of his children Micha Pilkington, six nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was very loved by his family and friends and will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by grandparents, and one brother, Jason Fox. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to a trust fund that is set up for his children: Ally & Matthew Jr. at Citibank.
