Mary Estes

Mary Namelle Estes, 85, passed away January 24, 2010 in a Fort Worth hospital. She was born April 5, 1924 in Parker County the daughter of George Clifton and Irene Kidwell McCraken. She married Joel Granville Estes on July 29, 1939 in Mineral Wells. She was a longtime resident of Cool and a member of Holders Chapel United Methodist Church. Services will be 2 PM Wednesday, January 27, 2010 in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Chapel with Rev. Jim Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Holders Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Barbara and Jim Rothrock of Cool, Jean and Tommy Rothrock of Lincoln, Arkansas, grandchildren and spouses: Tammy and John L. Vaughn, Jeff and Sandy Rothrock, Robin and James Bratton, Sondra and Steve Hardin, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband on August 29, 2008.
