Mary Lucile Massie Carlin

Born April 14, 1921 in Trinchera, Colorado passed away June 26, 2014 at the Motion Picture Studios Home in Woodland Hills, California. Mary grew up in Palo Pinto and graduated from Mineral Wells High School. Following graduation, Mary moved to attend college in Trinidad, Colorado. Shortly thereafter, she moved to California and worked her whole life in the Motion Picture industry first for Bing Crosby Productions and later for Sony. Her parents Jim Massie and Mattie Johnson Massie, her only sister, Willa Rue Massie and her husband Jack Carlin, precede her in death. She is survived by her stepson Larry Carlin, his wife Judy and their daughters Suzanne and Jennafer, Cousins Laura Hart Thomson, Jessie Massie Clark Joanna Massie Harless, Martha Massie Lancaster and Betty Weldon Vines and many second and third cousins. A graveside service will be held at 10am on Monday July 7th at the Brad cemetery.
